Terms of Service
By creating an account or accessing the ATMint dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including trial, subscribed, and guest accounts.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. ATMint reserves the right to suspend accounts that show signs of shared or resold access.
You must provide a valid email address at registration. We use this solely for account authentication and service-related communications.
FREE TRIAL Your 14-day free trial begins on the date of registration. No payment details are required during the trial period.
PLANS Continued access after the trial requires an active subscription. Plans are offered on monthly, 3-month, and 12-month billing terms at the rates published on our pricing page. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
AUTO-RENEWAL Every plan renews automatically at the end of its term, and your payment method is charged the then-current rate for another term of the same length, until you cancel. You will be notified by email before any change to your rate takes effect.
Payments are processed by Stripe. ATMint does not receive or store your card details.
CANCEL ANYTIME You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your account settings. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment beyond the term you have already paid for.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end your current term. You keep full access to the dashboard until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your subscription lapses and no further charges are made.
REFUNDS We do not refund partial or unused portions of a subscription period. This applies equally to monthly, 3-month, and 12-month plans.
If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or believe something has gone wrong with your billing, contact us or email [email protected] and we will investigate. We would much rather resolve a billing problem directly than have you raise a dispute with your bank.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
ATMint grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the dashboard for your own internal business or personal monitoring purposes.
You may not: scrape, harvest, or systematically extract dashboard data; redistribute, resell, or sublicence access; reverse-engineer or decompile the service; or use it to build a competing product.
ATMint provides dashboard access on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or events outside our control.
We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on dashboard data or service interruptions.
We collect your email address and hashed password for authentication purposes only. We do not sell, share, or broker your personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store card details.
By using ATMint you consent to the placement of HttpOnly session cookies required for authentication. Full detail is set out in our privacy policy.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. ATMint reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to circumvent access controls, without notice or refund.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ATMint after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account.
